All in all the Surf Spot Corralejo Fuerteventura is not only one single spot within the city of Corralejo in the north of the Canary Island called Fuerteventura. Inside the Bay of Corralejo Bay you'll find various reef breaks like the one in front of the Waikiki  Restaurant and Club or the one called Rocky Point that often is on during winter swells.

If we discover a nice swell from the east, we also like to go to some beaches and beach breaks close to the Corralejo Dunes. Right from the coastal road you may admire the beautiful and protected areas of the amazing sand dunes while on the other side of the track you may keep an eye on the seaside to discover the best waves of the day.

Latley as you see we went down to the east coast with our surfcourse for advanced surfers. When surfing on a beach break its essential to watch out where the wave has its peak, as this is the point of the wave where it breaks first and invites you to pop up on your board.

Saying beach break also means, that with the sandy underground these peaks may shift during a surf session to appear on different places. So you are forced to watch out for your place in the line up and stay moving. Well, our surfers did a lot of paddeling and successfully managed to rip a lot of waves as our surf images from the Surfer Gallery from June 14th show as a proof.
